Corporate leasing has been around for a really long time. Basically, this is when a company leases a house or apartment to furnish and make available for short term rental to traveling professionals. Its also known as Executive Housing.
We see a different way to do things.
Instead of us leasing, furnishing and marketing the property for short term travelers, we will lease it and then make it available to you as ‘easy approval’ permanent housing!

What Does Our Service Cost?
Our initial services are free! There is no cost for us to send you available listings or to set up tours.
Just fill out the form below so we know what kind of place is best for you!
Once you are ready to sign a lease and move in, our service fee is equal to 1 months rent or you can choose to make 12 low monthly payments (12.5% of monthly rent).
Share La Haus will only require you to pay first and last month rent. Total move in costs, security deposits and application fees will vary depending on the property you choose. Each property has their own policies. Share La Haus will not charge any additional deposits or move in fees.
